A crimp cover goes around the crimp bead after it has been crimped with a crimping tool. It is a "professional" beading technique. Not to be used with "Italian Twist" crimp tubes.
The 3mm Crimp Cover is used with "Micro" tube crimps or the 1mm*2mm crimp tubes.
The 4mm Crimp Cover is the most popular and is used with the 2mm*2mm crimp tubes.
The 4.8mm Crimp Cover is used with the "Jumbo" crimp bead or the 2mm*3mm crimp tubes.
