Billing / Credit Card Charges: Gems Inc. will bill credit cards upon shipment of your product.

Pricing & Product Availability:

99% of our products will ship the same day with the advertised price, but there will be exceptions. Because of market fluctuations, products may not always be in stock or available. We will do our best to update the website as to current availability and estimated arrival dates. Some items may require a few extra days to get to our store before they can be shipped to you. If that is your case, please be patient, we will contact you.

Typographical Errors:

In the event a product is listed incorrectly due to typographical error, Silversupplies shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product. If you have received the product, Silversupplies will accept the return of UNUSED Product and credit your credit card in full, minus shipping cost. Gems Inc. will accept returns of unused product as long as the product is returned within 20 days of the purchase date. The product must be in the original condition and must not be damaged in any way. No refunds on cut metals. Gems Inc. will not accept returns of product which has been opened unless the product is defective. Defective product will be replaced with the exact same product. Gems Inc. reserves the right to deny the return of any product we deem tampered with at our discretion.

Privacy Policy Statement: Gems Inc. is committed to protecting your right to privacy. We collect information about our customers to enable us to process orders, improve our site, and provide better services. For your protection, we do not sell your information to other marketers or anyone!

To process and ship your order, we need your name, phone number, billing address, shipping address, and email address.

Shipping: Gems Inc. only ships packages Tuesday through Saturday. Most orders received before 2:00pm (MST Daylight Savings Not Observed In Arizona) will be sent the same day.
